Salted egg yolks are first baked to bring out the aromatic oils in them. They are then mixed with the custard filling and coated with a thin crust before being put back into the oven. By using this exclusive baking technique and a unique recipe, the “Egg Custard Mooncake” has a creamy texture and a heavenly aroma.

This year we announce the launch of our “Lava Egg Yolk with White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake”. The semi-molten filling of lava salted egg yolks sits inside rich white lotus seeds paste revealing a new interpretation of the Taste of Moon Festival.
